Concept Analyst Co-Op (Finance)
The Business Model Innovation team serves as an incubator for breakthrough, strategic innovation for Global Consumer Sales. The team determines the viability of proposed strategic concepts through rapid prototyping and testing. From a Bose retail pop-up experience to creative ways to subscription-based experiences into our consumer's daily lives, the team has worked on concepts that touch multiple areas of the business.
As a Concept Analyst Co-Op, the candidate will assist the Explore Lead/Portfolio Manager in helping to define the overall vision and strategy for concepts on the front end of early discovery as well as identifying creative ways to drive efficiencies across the entire BMI Portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Concept Owner in documenting key concept deliverables like the Concept Brief and Future-State Vision map. • Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, pricing/business models and methods of operations. • Use the agile methodology to develop user stories, tasks and acceptance criteria. • Engage the Test & Incubation team to assist in conducting user research such as surveys, 1:1 customer interviews, and guerilla testing, • Assist the Activation Lead in developing the operating model for a concept at scale • Work with Finance to create the test business case for assigned concepts • Develop and maintain the stakeholder impact assessment. • Participate in and document all team ideation sessions, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings.

• Ability to conduct research and analysis • Ability to interact and collaborate with team members of varied technical and organizational levels • Analytical and strategic mindset with razor-sharp logic • Ability to clearly organize, simplify and synthesize complex information • Knowledge and/or experience of Agile Scrum a plus • Knowledge and/or experience with user research a plus • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Effective time management • Natural ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams • Comfort with ambiguity • Clear and concise communication skills • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
