Role Overview As the Marketing Manager, Property Marketing, you'll have a big mission – to define, document, develop, and launch property marketing strategies for our portfolio of over 300+ communities across the country. You're a collaborative, hands-on Marketing Manager who can drive initiatives to completion. You'll have an incredibly strong support system to lean on, reporting to the Director of Marketing, Property Marketing and working side-by-side with design, digital, social, and leasing + marketing professionals on the corporate marketing team. You're a strategic thinker who can define the ‘who', ‘what', ‘when', and ‘how' of multifamily marketing, and can communicate a solid project plan to a team of SMEs for flawless execution. You understand how a property's submarket, class, unit count, amenities, specials, brand, and budget will affect their marketing strategy and you can craft the right plan to fit. You understand that budget season is the Superbowl of multifamily and know how to navigate the process, leaving your stakeholders confident in the path forward.
You understand the value in considering multiple perspectives – the market, the revenue goals, the budget, your stakeholder expectations, and the data – and you know how to weave each aspect into a perfectly buttoned up marketing plan that performs. You dive head-first into every project, rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. And once the takeover, lease-up, or disposition is complete, you understand the value in taking a moment to express gratitude to the village who helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as ‘what' was done here at BH! Good humans need apply.
