Regional Office Support Specialist (Finance)
1. Travel to any NAL site as directed to provide staffing coverage during times of staff shortages
a. Perform all duties as assigned on the following job descriptions when scheduled to cover for office staff: Support Staff Specialist, Patient Care Coordinator, Psychiatric Support Staff, and Intake & Scheduling Coordinator.
2. Travel to any NAL site as directed to train newly hired support staff in conjunction with site Administrative Site Manager/Office Manager
a. New staff orientation and training
i. Tour location to acclimate them to the space and introduce to staff in the office
ii. Train staff by following the Training Checklist, and closely observing when staff begin working the front desk and answering incoming calls (shadowing and reverse shadowing).
iii. Review on-site admin staff training plans in collaboration with the Administrative Site Manager/Office Manager to ensure admin staff are properly trained and following all applicable policies and procedures.
iv. Facilitate Orientation & Onboarding (O2) quarterly
3. Attend and facilitate trainings and meetings as instructed by Operations Project Manager
4. Assist Operations Project Manager with workflow audits and timely training implementation as directed.
5. Visit each clinic as time allows between trainings and coverage to observe and audit workflow of office staff.
a. Report findings to the Operations team.
6. Follow clinic policies and procedures and management directives.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Able to multi-task and handle stress well.
Positive attitude and ability to be flexible.
Must be proficient in use of computers.
Keeps all management and business information confidential.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Previous front desk, reception/receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferred
High School Diploma required
An interest in psychology, counseling, the behavioral sciences, social work, or healthcare is strongly preferred
Hours (please ensure that you can work the listed shift below):
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (Schedule can vary depending on clinic needs)
