DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT I: Position will be the assistant for the service department at the branch. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Accounts payables and receivables.
Payroll processing for the service department to include daily reconciliation of technician MSP's.
Communicate directly and work closely with the Service Supervisor's, PSR's, Technicians and customers regarding pending, ongoing and completed service jobs.
Opening and auditing work orders.
Assisting in scheduling technicians, answering customer calls, assisting walk in customers, and other service related tasks.
Qualified applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers. Above average computer keyboarding skills and knowledge of Outlook, MS Word/Excel and internet required. Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
