Maintenance Bldg & Grounds 1 -

Building Maintenance and Grounds Pay: $25.80-$32.45 per hour with a 7% increase for 2 nd and 3 rd shifts.

W ork Hours: 8 hour night shift - 11p-7a

Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street;

South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position will work at either location.

As a Building Maintenance and Grounds employee, you will:

• Maintain and repair buildings, plumbing, HVAC, Air Compressors, Boilers, Fire Systems and Electrical Systems.
• Test and treat boilers, wells, chillers and hot water systems.
• Perform inspections of fire and safety controls and systems.
• Outdoor repairs as needed.
• Work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of building maintenance experience preferred
• Experience in reading and interpret blueprints, schematics and diagrams
• Experience with boilers and refrigeration units
