We're on the lookout for a creative, talented, and proactive Full-Time Creative Media Specialist to amplify our residential segment's marketing efforts. This role is all about crafting and executing dynamic visual content strategies that appeal directly to our B2C audience. You'll be the creative force driving our video and photography operations for the residential market, from the drawing board to digital dissemination.         

This individual is a creative trailblazer, passionate about weaving stories and ideas into visual narratives that connect with homeowners and commerical customers. Their innovative spirit drives them to continuously explore new ways to bring our residential products to life through various media forms. Responsibilities         

• Develop and propose innovative video, photo, and animation ideas specifically tailored to our residential customers, overseeing these projects from initial brainstorming to final rendering.
• Efficiently shoot and edit video content that speaks directly to our B2C audience, ensuring each piece aligns with the high-quality standards our brand is known for.
• Create compelling storyboards and edit engaging video content, including customer testimonials and promotional segments that resonate with homeowners and commercial customers.
• Offer on-set video production assistance, efficiently managing video and photo project workflows to meet residential marketing objectives.
• Continuously research and implement the latest trends in editing software and videography techniques, with a focus on consumer engagement.
• Capture high-quality photographs for use in B2C advertising, promotional materials, and public relations, as well as digital platforms like our website and social media.
• Efficiently organize and manage a library of video and photo assets, working closely with our
• Content Marketing Manager ensuring easy access and use for residential marketing purposes. 

Requirements         

• Proven experience in video production and post-production, with a focus on videography, editing, video animation, and production for a consumer audience
• A proactive and creative approach to content creation, actively seeking and capitalizing on opportunities to engage residential customers
• Flexibility in scheduling to align with project timelines and shoot days
• 2-5 years of professional experience in areas relevant to B2C videography, editing, and motion graphics
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage digital assets
• A portfolio that demonstrates experience in video and photography, particularly in a consumer-focused context
