Manager-Member Engagment (Personal Services)
The Member Engagement Manager will have oversight and management of the Member Engagement Specialists and Community Liaisons, who connect members to supports that help to address their unmet social needs. This position cultivates partnerships in the community, such as the Consumer and Family Advisory Committee (CFAC), community non-profits, and public services, and collects and shares knowledge of available resources.
Responsibilities & Duties
Supervise and Develop Staff
Assign staff to support Care Teams
Support Department staff on use of Care Management System (JIVA)
Manage Networks of Care
Develop and Manage Department Projects
Communication & Reporting
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field and four (4) years' of post-degree experience in a community or governmental health related program, social work, or education, including one year of supervisory, consultative or administrative experience.
Valid NC Drivers license
