Clinical Director of Glade Run Adventures (Project Management)
Position Summary:
The Clinical Director of Glade Run Adventures provides administrative and clinical oversight of the Adventures Program, including equine-assisted, animal-assisted, and horticultural therapies. This role leads innovation, staff development, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. The Director is responsible for supervising program staff, ensuring excellence in service delivery, and aligning operations with Glade Run's mission and strategic goals. This position reports to the Senior Director of Clinical Programs. *We are looking for this staff to start working part-time (3-6 hours per week) immediately to shadow the current Director and learn the basics of the position and then move into a full-time role by January 2026.
