Talent Development Manager (Finance)
Currently our Talent Development organization has a opening for a Manager of Talent Development.
The Manager of Talent Development will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the analysis, design, and development of SVB curricula and courses. This position is responsible for working with key stakeholders to understand learning and performance needs, then delivering, evaluating, and reporting on SVB courses delivered. Probable content will include a variety of Leadership, Management, Coaching, and Sales training.
Curricula and courses will be designed to be delivered in a variety of methods and modalities, with an emphasis on virtual classroom and online content.
Job Responsibilities
Instructional Development Management: Complete needs assessment, work with a Competency Management System, and analyze internal and external solutions.
Learning Solution Design: Facilitate and lead a team in the design of learning interventions to improve organizational and individual performance.
Technology: Use technology effectively to support learning solution delivery.
Consulting: Consult with Business Leaders, Instructional Designers, Media Specialists, business SMEs and other team members on the testing and improvement of courses.
Build strong partnerships with local leaders through piloting and delivery processes for effective learning solutions.
