EWP Sales Representative (Sales)
Compensation: $46,300.80 – $66,102.40 annual / $22.26 – $31.78 hourly

Responsible for outside sales and promoting engineered wood products (EWP), and the sales rep will provide technical training. Maintain and build relationships with vendors and customers. The Sales Rep works closely with location sales team to develop and generate leads. Collaborates with the drafting team for estimates and blueprint take-offs from customer plan. Train sales team, dealers and customers how to estimate and convert solid-wood specifications to engineered wood products. The Sales Rep may perform drafting duties compiling placement plans for dealers. May work with lumber dealers, contractors, engineers and architects to provide complete framing package. Sales Reps may schedule transportation and help manage EWP inventory. Maintain the division SKU master on assigned product lines. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications: College Degree or equivalent work experience in related job function. Normal office environment with minimal physical exertion.
Preferred Qualifications: Broad knowledge of business administration, marketing, or procurement management a plus. Typically 3-5 years of experience in related job function. May require professional certification. Effective communication skills required.
