Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Flex Security Officer to join our team on an on-call basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, and conducting security checks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas to ensure the security of premises and personnelMonitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect suspicious activityConduct security checks and inspections according to established proceduresRespond to emergencies and security incidents in a timely and professional mannerComplete accurate and detailed reports documenting security activitiesProvide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalentValid Security License/Certification (if required by state or local regulations)Previous security experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and composed in stressful situationsFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust have reliable transportation
