Sales Support
Participate in discovery calls to gather high level requirements for a proposed solution
Assist with determining BC + ISV + Custom solutions necessary to provide a complete solution to the prospect
Recommend the appropriate path to implementation (BPR, develop phased approach, cloud vs. on-premise, etc.)
Build user stories and develop deployment estimates for sales team
Write and refine SOWs
Present SOWs to prospects along with Account Executive
Bi-Monthly Meeting with Account Executives to report on project and opportunity status
Engagement Management
Manage delivery for large and complex engagements, working with PM team
Build customer relationships
Continue relationship after project(s) completion to help customers identify and implement continuous improvement components in ERP and CRM
Conduct regular meetings with clients both during and after implementation
Management of Delivery Team:
Resource allocation across projects, support, backlog
Provide performance feedback to team members
Assist with defining and achieving goals over defined period of time
Absorb impact of customer escalations
Enforce project methodology
Conduct weekly meeting with BC team
Project Management - BC Practice Manager working with the PMO:
Assist PMO with work plans, ISV relationships, daily activities on open projects
May generate monthly project invoices on some projects
Assist from time to time with change control process
May assist with project updates in Smartsheet and Microsoft TEAMS
