UDAP - Sr Attorney - Consumer & Community Affairs (Finance)
UDAP Senior Attorney serves as a Board legal authority and representative for consumer protection issues. The selected candidate will work in the UDAP Enforcement Section on highly complex matters to evaluate whether specific institutions have violated the Federal Trade Commission Act, which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices (UDAP).
