Tractor and Equipment Recruiter (Human Resources)
You will make an impact in this role by meeting these goals and objectives:
- Initiate recruitment processes to identify and implement new methods for sourcing technician candidates. Generate new leads and develop current sources for long and short term hiring plans. Develop in depth understanding of required technical skills in order to source competitive candidates.
- Participate in all phases of the recruiting process through close collaboration with Technician Service Department, Branch Leadership, Training and Human Resources teams.
- Manage projects including email marketing, competitor information, mapping educational associations, social media, and hiring events for current and future technician hiring needs.
- Act as an advocate for both the company and the candidate throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through as determined.
- Experience using metrics and reports to manage/monitor workload and cycle-time.
Personal Attributes, Experience, and Education:
- Minimum of 5 years of industry or related experience.
- Ability to learn functional knowledge of the construction industry.
- Consultative approach and the ability to effectively influence managers throughout the hiring process.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize the ATS Ultipro with a combination of recruiting techniques to evaluate and hire technician candidates. This position may transition to identifying and sourcing candidates for other openings.
- Manage hiring metrics.
- Travel to branches to meet hiring managers, learn our operations and attend recruiting opportunities as planned.
