Maintenance Supervisor (Maintenance)

It is the responsibility of a Maintenance Supervisor to build a positive work environment for their crew and ensure their direct reports are working collaboratively toward a common goal. A maintenance supervisor will be responsible for directing and coordinating the daily activities of their assigned crew to include implementing preventative maintenance programs, planning and following through on repairs, training the workforce on safe practices and developing the skills of assigned crew members. Incumbents will also be responsible for creating work schedules for their direct reports, maintaining Kronos pay system by editing, reviewing and approving employee time cards. Maintenance supervisors are also responsible for assisting in procuring, organizing and inventorying parts and materials needed for repairs and tracking work completed using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). This is a moderately supervised position.
