RFP and Proposal Writer (Architecture)
Job Summary/Purpose:
This position is responsible for writing, formatting, and coordinating proposals, security questionnaire, due diligence requests and other document needs. Additionally, this role provides support for growth team initiatives.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Writes and coordinates responses to requests for proposal (RFP) and requests for information (RFI). Proactively meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for writing, review, and approval of projects.
• Utilizes the company RFP platform for entering, monitoring, and refining data. Coordinates requirements with contributors to keep database up to date and provide answers in a timely fashion. Maintains quality results by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
• Works in tandem with Information Security team to respond to Security Questionnaires & Due Diligence requests.
• Responsible for the upkeep of RFP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develops and maintains standard proposals, and custom communications as needed for use in the sales process.
• Serves as a bridge for the growth team by engaging in team training sessions and other items as needed.
• Coordinates and executes special projects as assigned (which may include but are not limited to, content development, script writing or custom communications for the sales & marketing teams).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified (prior experience in tax-free and/or COBRA administration services strongly preferred) or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
