WHO YOU ARE
As theProduct Manager,
you will help formulate product roadmaps in support of business goals (OKRs) and evolving client needs.
You define, deliver, and steward end-to-end (across multiple products / platforms) digital experiences and capabilities for Wealth Management.
You are data-driven, and passionate about therole of technology and innovationto serve wealth management clients in an increasingly disruptive business environment.
You work hard to stay on top of fastchangingtechnologytrends and competitive landscape.
You are caught up on industry trends and alsoanticipate what the near future will bring.
Furthermore,
you bring:
• Significant Product Management/Ownership experience, e.g. translating business cases into story boards; managing the design, build and release of client-facing software
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles, practices/techniques (e.g. Story mapping, Value scoring) and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
• Experience acting as a constructive conduit between business and engineering teams
• Strong ability to develop hypotheses and make quick decisions in a fail-fast, supportive environment that fosters and encourages a continuous improvement mindset and execution
• A passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship that delights users
• Experience in user centered design or user research techniques

As a partner on the Digital Services team, you will be an integral part of one of our nimble and agile cross-functional teams innovating an entire industry. We are actively exploring emerging technologies inAI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Blockchain and Decentralized Finance to elevate dozens of products and services which millions of clients use.
As the Product Manager
you will:
• Drive the product lifecycle (idea to release), delivering end-to-end digital experiences that meet defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) within time-boxed MVP expectations
• Work closely with the Product Lead, designers, researchers, developers, platform members, scrum masters, agile coaches and other teams within and outside of Wealth Management
• Determine opportunities to address current state needs and build future state in increments, incorporating various dependencies
• Prioritize the backlog items (e.g. Features, Stories) that align to the platform OKRs
• Deliver outstanding end-user experiences that delight our users
• Monitor a healthy balance between commitments, pace and quality of work for the Product team
