Intern, Dealer Network Development - MINI (Finance)
This is a full-time internship position for a Summer Rotation, expected to start around May 31, 2022 through August 26, 2022 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
The intern should be able to support with data analysis within the dealer retail network planning group.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare documents for internal meetings and with large dealer groups
Conduct market analysis of future market planning opportuities including optimal retail location analysis and franchising activities using respective software tools to gather data and formulate reports and documents to support actions
Assist with the development of presentations, dealer facility capacity planning tool, milestone tracking and corporate ID documents for BMW & MINI facility renovations
Support Dealer Development with ad-hoc analysis of key performance indicators to facilitate management decision making
Collect information from multiple departments to create executive briefing papers for dealer group meetings, grand openings and new dealer candidate meetings
Assist the department with the renewal of dealer contracts and documents and provide assistance as needed with Dealer Development files and versioning
Provide support to the BMW and MINI brands to define and document brand standards, in addition to providing support to the Regions on these topics
Assist with the tracking and creating reports on the monthly status of standards compliance

Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at time of application (year 3 or 4)
Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficient in Tableau
Strong Communication skill
Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

Preferences
