Plant Human Resources Manager (Finance)

Position Function

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager promotes corporate values and enables business success through human capital management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Location

  • Mount Hope, OH in our largest manufacturing facility with over 1 million square feet under roof running 3 plants
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven success as HR Manager or other HR executive role
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HR systems
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Education
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area.
  • MBA a plus.

  • Maintains payroll and benefits programs
  • Assesses training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Maintains HR records and reports with confidentiality and accuracy
  • Collaborates with leadership to develop succession planning and workforce strategies
