Summary
As a Resident Assistant at Niles Way Senior Living, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our communities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community. This position will assist residents with tasks of daily living including but not limited to assistance with personal care, social interaction, leisure and recreation opportunities.
Starting pay for this position is $13 an hour
Shifts available:
- 1st Shift- 7am to 3:30pm
- 2nd Shift- 3pm to 11:30pm
- 3rd Shift- 11pm to 7:30am

Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities including personal hygiene, social and recreational pursuits, and mobility support.Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and safety of residents.Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a caring environment.Help implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.Engage residents in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.Maintain cleanliness and organization within resident living areas.
