Internal Audit Manager - Risk and Controls (Finance)

Position Summary:
A key member of the Internal Audit team, responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of an effective and efficient global risk-based internal control program including risk assessment, scoping, program management, execution and reporting that drives results, accountability and value for the company. Maintain the integrity of internal control over financial reporting program in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act as well as China SOX. Identify and evaluate financial and technology risks, evaluate the design of internal controls and manage a program that assess the effectiveness of Internal Control over Financial Reporting.
Administer and manage the system repository for Internal Audit projects and the SOX program (Workiva/WDesk).
Lead and coordinate annual global audit plan risk assessment.
The role requires the ability to identify, prioritize and execute against key initiatives. Collaborates and coordinates activities with external auditors.
