Position Title: Sales Support Specialist - Network - 3N
Position Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist provides various levels of support to the Network Client Services CSM team. Responsibilities of the specialist will include reporting support, research, data entry, and system usage ie CRM. Sales support specialist focus highly on client services processes, ensuring accuracy and completion of assignments.
Key Responsibilities – Network Sales Support:
Reports to: Sales Operations (manager or director)
Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
