Position: Clinical Team Lead Status: Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch as clinic permits) Location: Apex General Job Duties: The Team Leads serves as a key leader in the Patient Support and Clinical Departments. Acting as a team captain in the Clinical departments and assisting with the Patient Support departments, the Team Lead ensures a smooth operational workflow in all areas. The Team Lead assists staff members with questions or concerns, and may be required to cover any area of the department, when short staffed and lunches. The Team Lead assists with any administrative or in-patient care issues on a daily basis and facilitates the best care possible by ensuring all physician protocols are followed precisely by all clinical staff. The Team Lead strives to deliver a high volume of care by optimizing the physician patient contact and guarantees all patients are thoroughly prepared prior to the physician's entrance in the room. The Team Lead ensures patients thoroughly understand their conditions and participate in their care, thereby improving the recovery time and also confirms that patients receive all appropriate information, scripts etc. in order to proceed with the next steps of their medical care as per the provider's instructions and protocols. Team Leads should be familiar with all policies and protocols and are expected to manage in tandem with their manager and oversee day - to- day operations.
