As the National Director of Care Services, you will:

Be responsible for providing quality nursing oversight for communities across the Enlivant organization. The NDCS leads the clinical care management for our residents by providing training, support, and leadership to the Regional Directors of Care Services and Care Services Managers at our communities. 

What you'll do here:

  • Serve as interim Care Services leader in Regions, when needed to provide coverage
  • Provide onsite and remote support to high-priority communities to educate, implement, and evaluate ongoing compliance to Enlivant Care Service tools and processes
  • Help identify areas of highest priority and opportunity throughout the portfolio to advance overall care delivery objectives
  • Design and lead projects that address defined areas of opportunity
  • Support region and community field leaders through group and individual training, onboarding and 1:1 observation and coaching
  • Help drive accountability and execution on key initiatives that impact clinical performance and service delivery
  • Support Regional Care leaders' efforts to build strong teams through initiatives that drive retention of clinical positions
  • Work cross-functionally with ESC and field operations and sales leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives that will advance Enlivant's overall objectives
  • Ensure quality resident care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state, and federal guidelines as well as the Joint Commission regulations and standards
  • Lead the implementation and evaluation of clinical short and long-term goals and objectives
  • Support Regional and Community Care leaders with clinical issues, current trends in healthcare, and state, federal and the Joint Commission regulations
  • Support Regional and Community Care leaders understanding and compliance with clinical policies and procedures

 

We'd love to talk if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
  • You maintain a current/unencumbered RN license in state(s) of primary responsibility
  • You have a minimum of 4 years of clinical region / leadership experience in long term care, community-based care or assisted living
  • You have quality assurance/improvement and staff development experience
  • You have administrative or supervisory and multi-facility / community consulting experience

Bonus points if:

  • You exhibit strong time management and organization skills
  • You possess the ability to manage complex issues
  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
