Manager, Implementation (Finance)
•Looks across all corporate strategic initiatives to understand how the big picture initiatives link together in a holistic roadmap.
•Oversees, plans and directs the activities for the Unit, ensuring that Business objectives are being met.
•Develops, implements and communicates an overall strategy to meet both the Business Unit's and Corporation's strategic plan. Directs the activities of those areas toward accomplishing those objectives.
•Assumes accountability for financial and staffing resources, including developing and managing capital and expense budgets, liaising cross-function to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
•Assumes full accountability for the performance and budget of the area as compared to the plan.
•Seasoned leader with extensive business experience, and broad functional expertise, with focus on proactive strategic leadership.
•Responsible for managing multiple units or functions through the direct management of a group of managers.
Qualifications
•10 + years of experience of managing large and complex program implementations with multiple systems involved, including vendor managed systems.
•Has a detailed understanding and experience of asset servicing business and technology life cycle.
•Knowledge of the accounting and tax cost reporting services would be highly desirable.
•Successful candidate will work with the Wealth Management Business Unit to align Global Services capabilities to Wealth Management strategy, so an understanding of Wealth Management investment capabilities will be beneficial.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Highly motivated, team player, self-starter and ability to work independently
•Ability to partner with vendors, 3rd parties, clients, colleagues and develop positive working relationships to create an open positive working environment
•Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, advanced judgment capability, strong problem solving, and ability to manage workflow
•Remaining calm under pressure
•Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills with sufficient gravitas and credibility to work with the extended team to manage resources, dependencies etc.

•Appraises team members' performances and provides feedback to employees and, when appropriate, to managers.
