Application Support Engineer (Sales)
The American College of Financial Services, the nation's leading accredited institution focused on delivering applied financial knowledge and education, seeks an Application Support Engineer. The Application Support Engineer will have the responsibility to serve as the primary support specialist for The American College application environment including on-premise and SaaS applications, which include PeopleSoft Student modules, SugarCRM, and custom applications supporting student data. This position requires ongoing and active communication with end-users and IT peers to understand current business processes to and translate them into functional specifications. The position acts on matters related to communication, training, and advocating the proper use of applications, services, and technology being delivered to employees.
