Mail Systems Operator II - 2nd Shift (Marketing)

This role typically works Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The Mail Systems Operator II is responsible for the daily processing of outgoing mail at the work location.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and build a strong relationship with various carriers to facilitate the handling of issues (pickups, problems/issues).
Position constantly interacts with others from work unit, sharing data and/or information.
Communication is with other workers, plant manager, and shift supervisor.
Most communication is verbal, with the exception of written notes to other workers or supervisor.
Position is required to read: House letters, Reports, Plant procedures, Operations manuals and TQM materials.
