JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversees facility engineering and mechanical operations including redevelopment projects, infrastructure improvements, and tenant build-outs.  May supervise maintenance operations.  Provides technical direction and support for the operation and maintenance of the building and building equipment including the development of plans to keep building assets at the highest degree of care and value.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Manage and Maintain a 52-week maintenance calendar
  • Evaluating and benchmarking (gap analysis) existing plant procedures/practices/performance measures versus internal & external industry specific benchmarks
  • Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
  • Develop detailed planning to control departmental elements, including spending, staffing, etc.
  • Oversee and supervise 3rd party maintenance technicians
  • Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
  • Coordinate with the Americas Facilities Manager on the implementation of new building projects
  • Utilizing the Arrow Facilities ticket system to properly document all request both immediate and planned.
  • Ensure SLA Compliance meets current corporate goals.
  • Identifies maintenance constraints (manufacturing process, budget, schedule, etc.) and either eliminate the constraints or manage within
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
  • Manage Physical security guards
  • Manage Access control and CCTV systems
  • May perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7-10 years previous technical experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions
  • Knowledge of computers and work order software systems
