Who You Are
You are a strategic and creative problem solver. You have your college degree and 1-2 years of brand management/brand marketing experience. You are an effective influencer and collaborator and you want to be in the wine & spirits industry because you understand the products power to create experiences worth reaching for.
What You'll Do
Our Associate Brand Managers assist with everything from brand plan development to execution. This includes reviewing ongoing actionable business analytics, media campaigns, sponsorship and event activations, business budgeting and financial analysis. You'll gain cross-functional team leadership experience and work on insights-led innovation strategies and development.
Reporting to and together with the Brand Manager, the Associate Brand Manager has a General Management approach and broad range of responsibilities that will assist in delivering specified business targets (volume, profit, share) through the development and execution of all brand strategies and plans across Price, Promotion, Packaging & Product. These include brand plan development and execution, ongoing actionable business analytics, media campaigns, sponsorship and event activation, business budgeting and financial analysis, cross-functional team leadership, insights led innovation strategy and development along with supporting project management, integrated marketing communication, and retail/on premise point-of-sale development and execution.
