Phlebotomist (Day Shift) - 75% FTE/30 Hours - Portage Clinic (2977 Hwy CX) (12760) (Healthcare)

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to:
Education:
Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation.
Work Experience:
Minimum - Six months experience in patient care and/or phlebotomy
Preferred - One year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) in phlebotomy
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Basic Life Support/CPR certification or ability to obtain Basic Life Support/CPR Certification within 3 months of hire.
Preferred - Phlebotomist (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Work Schedule:
This position is 75% FTE, or scheduled for 30 hours per week. The position is to be scheduled day shift, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. There are currently no weekends, on-call shifts or holidays with this job. Hours may vary depending on the operational needs of the department.
