RN - Pediatric Oncology Coordinator (Finance)



80% FTE, Monday - Friday and off on Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Pediatric Oncology Coordinator to:

  • Lead the expansion, maintenance, and education of our electronic medical record treatment protocol library.
  • Support staff learning and workflow development across inpatient and ambulatory treatment areas.
  • Evaluate daily chemotherapy operations for pediatric cancer and blood disorders patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts that support evidence-based, family centered care.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field Preferred

Work Experience
  • 3 years of nursing care experience Required
  • 1 year of oncology nursing experience Preferred
  • Progressive leadership experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
  • Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Certification in Oncology or Bone Marrow Transplant Preferred
