What You'll Do:
Perform ad hoc and advanced analytics on consumer behavior and deliver insights to product owners and marketing leads to help guide product, content and channel strategy.
Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and operations
Investigate, analyze and socialize digital usage analytics to identify trends and create insights about visitor behavior (traffic patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, and pathing)
Use business intelligence to identify areas of the business that require deeper analysis
Build predictive models and machine learning tools when needed to improve marketing effectiveness
Work with data stewards, legal and compliance colleagues on data-handling best practices and usage rules and regulations
Qualifications:
College graduate. BA/BS degree with a relevant academic major (statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science) preferred.
5+ years of hands-on analytic experience using SQL and Python
2+ years of hands-on experience using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Experience developing advanced analytics, models and machine learning tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Extra points for any of the following:
Experience with Google Cloud platform and Big Query
Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau or other data visualization software
Industry experience in direct-to-consumer, financial services, consumer credit or digital channel
Master's Degree in STEM or MBA
