Director of Sales
Reporting to the _____________ for Alignment Healthcare the Director of Sales will be responsible for membership growth, retention and overall relationship development within assigned market(s) and/or territories.
Requires an innovative self-starter with drive this individual must have the ability to develop monthly or quarterly sales strategy and effective planning while effectively managing a direct team to meet and exceed monthly sales, retention and lead goals.
Director of Sales must oversee overall employee performance management evaluations and provide suggestions for improvement as well as meet company deadlines as required.

Oversees assigned staff. Responsibilities include: recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; assigning workload; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; and coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
