The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting organizational objectives. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee engagement and retention, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, training, project management and employment law compliance. Overall, this position provides support and structure to the company and helps drive employee engagement, development and retention.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Licensure and/or Certification Requirements: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Minimum Education: Bachelor degree with a concentration in Human Resources or business-related field or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum Work Experience: At least 7 years of Human Resources generalist experience required. Current or former experience within the healthcare industry preferred.
Supervisory Experience: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as coach and mentor for other positions in the department and will advise and coach managers within the organization.
