IPG is seeking an EHS Systems Analyst who is responsible for managing and optimizing the technology systems used to track and monitor Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) data within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying potential risks, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and system enhancements. Will work closely with EHS professionals to implement and maintain effective safety programs across the company. This position will be based out the OI corporate office in Atlanta, GA with potential for hybrid work for the right candidate with seldom overnight travel required. This position will report to the Corporate EHS&S department.

Job Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Collect, analyze, trend, and publish EHS and ESG metrics and KPI's for the organization.
  • Prepare and submit required internal and external EHS reports, and retain records required to demonstrate compliance in accordance with CRH policy and regulatory agency recordkeeping requirements
  • Administer all digital EHS compliance systems to meet applicable compliance requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EHS system errors and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolution to maintain system efficiency and compliance.
  • Through data analysis, identify risks and recommend improvement plans to strengthen the effectiveness of our EHS management system and compliance programs.
  • Monitor company performance, develop strategies to address gaps and report on progress
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and track data collection and input for annual ESG reporting
  • Submit monthly, quarterly and annual internal EHS reports
  • Build strong business partner alliances among internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the company complies with EHS laws and policies
  • Develop and implement a training system with a real-time dashboard integration into a learning management system
  • Create real-time dashboards using Tableau, and SharePoint, leveraging OData and API connections to deliver actionable insights that drove strategic decision-making and seamless data integration.
  • Coordinated and facilitated meetings with directors to address injury-related tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues; managed HSE email distribution to communicate critical safety information across teams.

Job Requirements

  • This role requires an experienced EHS stakeholder with ground up experience in developing and maintaining complex EHS systems
  • The ability to work with autonomy, develop positive relationships across stakeholders, and interact with local officials/regulatory agencies
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public at all times
  • Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required
  • Valid Driver's License

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Science or Engineering related fields or relevant experience
  • 2+ Years in EHS and/or Manufacturing with EHS responsibility
  • Proven experience in large-scale EHS operations, working across multiple sites, influencing various levels of management, and delivering improved performance
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who will drive results and take ownership of corporate EHSS systems
  • Experience managing multiple high impact projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills able to reach across the various functional departments to facilitate seamless integration
  • Highly collaborative team player who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including third-party vendors
  • Experience facilitating/leading meetings and planning workshops with both internal departments and leaders of companies being acquired for the purpose of planning and finding solutions to business challenges to align the team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced knowledge of excel), including SharePoint and preferably Smartsheet, Riskonnect and Tableau for analyzing, organizing, visualizing, tracking, reporting and communicating
  • Working knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910 and CFR 1926 regulations
  • Data Analytical Experience
  • Experience working within a matrixed global organization, leading multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed teams
