Industrial Securitiy Analyst (Journeyman) (Government)

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
Employee will help conduct company threat assessments (CTAs) supporting the Government's acquisition security mission. Employee will assist in providing CTAs on cleared vendors with whom the Government does business for procurements that involve services requiring access to classified information. This support includes assisting in the vetting process for acquisitions, supporting meetings, drafting and reviewing documents, corresponding with Government personnel and other vendors, and providing other related services in performance in the areas of an industrial security and program analysis. Specific tasks may include:
Plan, perform, facilitate, and assist with analyzing known and potential risk and threats directed at the cleared Government vendors and their Government clients
Conduct background research on vendors utilizing all available sources; assign threat scores based on data
Obtain and update vendor records to include Acquisition Risk Questionnaires and Key Management Personnel Listings
Review, utilize, and update intelligence threat matrices
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at time of hire
Four (4) years demonstrated knowledge and application of National Industrial Security Program standards.
Two (2) years demonstrated knowledge and application of Executive Orders (EOs), Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs), and Federal Investigative Standards (FISs) related to company threat assessments.
Demonstrated experience in industrial security matters, pertinent national industrial security policies, directives, and programs.
Knowledge and experience in the use of Open Source research
Preferred:
FBI Experience
Experience in Intelligence Analysis
EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or demonstrate three (3) years professional experience utilizing analytical skills and writing ability to present viable alternatives and make professional recommendations.
