Senior Awards Coordinator (Project Management)
Summary
The Senior Awards Coordinator is a key member of the Award Management team of the Education and Child Protection Department responsible for supporting Awards Managers on US Government awards as well as supporting a portfolio of small, low risk corporate and foundation awards. The primary responsibility is supporting award managers to ensure donor compliance and successful implementation from opportunity to closeout and supporting the management of small low risk corporate and foundation awards from opportunity to closeout. This position will support the awards managers in meeting award management targets and metrics for the caseload of awards. This position will support effective flow of information and resources to Save the Children International via our Award Management and Financial systems. This position will assist in facilitating communication and oversight of the awards, and support in coordinating information between fundraisers, donors, internal teams and country office staff. This position will support in monitoring and flagging any variations in program implementation and timelines against established work plans, escalating to their supervisor as needed.
