This is an experienced BIM Detailer position where the incumbent will work with BIM Coordinators, utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software, to create fabrication level drawings for the manufacturing group. The Detailer will work within the Coordinator's Building Information Model (BIM) breaking the Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems down into manageable spools (fabrication drawings) for the manufacturing facility to fabricate from.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)
