Change Specialist I (Finance)



This person will support a dynamic, fast paced organization for both new product development teams and on market commercial operations.  The person in this role is responsible for performing BOM management, documentation and labeling control routings in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with changes to master data fields and associated records within Teamcenter PLM system, ensuring consistency and error proofing results.

  • Ability to understand engineering, mathematic, and scientific data to aid scientists and engineers in crafting technically sound change requests while increasing the average first pass yield for all processed changes

  • Track progression of change management requests and assist with stalled requests, resolving clarity issues with the description, proposed solution, and analysis of impacted items, datasets, and sites.

  • Drive release of new part numbers through the part number lifecyle.

  • Engage New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to understand support needs

  • Execute updates to Bill of Materials

  • Demonstrate effective communication style working with all levels of organizational structure, through multiple departments, and across global sites.

  • Identify, execute, and support process improvement initiatives of varying complexity engaging global, cross-functional support.

Requirements:

  • Data experience desirable

  • Teamcenter and/or SAP experience desirable

  • Related experience in a GMP environment desirable

  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience,  SAP desirable

  • Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and cGMP requirements strongly desired

  • Working knowledge of applicable federal requirements, and international standards for medical device, pharmaceutical, or in-vitro diagnostics strongly desired

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong data analysis skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.

  • Knowledge and skills typically acquired through previous positions in fast-paced corporate environments which involved responsibility for similar work.

Education:

  • Requires at least a Bachelor's degree in a engineering, mathematics or scientific discipline or equivalent applicable work experience.
