Cloud Harmonics Solution Services is an Ingram Micro company. We enable our partners to build and expand their business with security-focused, cloud-forward vendors driving digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Services 30%
Provide design and implementation support to clients and customers of Cloud Harmonics.
Be available for remote and/or onsite work where required to best suit the needs of the company.
Expert Level Training 30%
Delivery of exceptional training on a weekly basis. Effectively communicates product/vendor capabilities Tests and maintains existing lab environment.
Pre-sales / Sales Engineering 30%
Provides vendor solutions to customer inquiries targeting specific technology requirements. Facilitates conversations with customers to provide the best solutions.
Courseware and Lab Environment Development 10%
Takes complex ideas and transcribes them into a clear, concise message to support the customer's Product understanding. Builds lab environments to support courseware development and enhance the customer's experience.
