Evaluator - Pole transformers (Project Management)

Evaluator - Single Phase product
This position is responsible for the testing, and evaluation of pole mount transformers.

Perform incoming and outgoing tests as needed.
Evaluate various types of units; including visual inspections, using testing equipment, and taking pictures as needed.
Maintains internal quality standards and compliance with all safety factors.
Able to train all aspects of area specific to assembly work per customer specifications.
Operate tablet and tablet functions according to job.
Tag and stage units for the pole line to work.
Keep area organized and clean.
Updating the computer system with information on the units.
Communicating with other departments on the results for customers and distribution of the units after evaluation.
Working with work orders and matching with labels on units.
Hoist operation- Unloading incoming Recycle and Repair transformers.
Match incoming transformers unit information and assign inventory control number.
Sort incoming transformers- Scrap and Inventory.
Tag incoming transformers according to oil pumping guide and PCB content.
Forklift operation move material around as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
