JOB DESCRIPTION: The Supervisor, Off-Net Solutions Operations will be responsible for overall day-to-day management of the team of ONS Specialists responsible for administrating the pre-sales and post-sales processes of sourcing, ordering, tracking and reconciling records for all lit and dark circuits associated with third party carriers and/or service providers, including activations, moves/adds/changes, terminations and disconnects. In addition to leading the team, the Supervisor will act as the first-level escalation contact for external departments, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Project Management and the NOC. As an essential member of the Off-Net Operations team, the Supervisor will work to assist senior ONS Management to drive continual process improvement, gain operational efficiency, control costs, and will provide a level of service which meets or exceeds customer and other Crown Castle department expectations.
The Supervisor will work cooperatively with other company departments as directed by management, including ONS Inventory, Budgets & Operational Analysis, Finance, Network Optimization and Client Services.
This position will report to the Manager, ONS Operations.
