Contract Management Analyst (Legal)
Assists in the management of the contract review process.
Responsible for interfacing with internal and external customers.
Responsible for execution of the procedures outlined by the Manager.
Ensures the prompt review and processing of documents for New Company Account set up.
Assists in the organization and completion of semi-annual audits and bank audits as necessary.
Assists in the completion of risk rating of all companies.
Performs research and analysis of issues that are presented from internal and external sources.
Understanding of ever-changing regulatory environment and flexibility to change processes when needed.
Assists in the management of contract and supplemental document storage and organization.
Assists in the maintaining of all versions of contracts and other company agreements and notices.
This position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in determining priorities and recognition of potential issues.
Performs other duties as necessary.
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred with three to five years in a related field.
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and written.
Must have attention to detail.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Must be familiar with various software programs.
