Remote Loyalty Program Manager (Biotech)
Remote position - prefer East coast and Midwest Time zones

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Client-facing, leading the implementation and delivery of Inmar Intelligence Loyalty.
Project management
Facilitate cross-functional workstream planning, ensuring timely development and execution of loyalty program campaigns.
Create standards and solutions to accelerate implementations and improve quality through the use of technology.
Lead, design, launch and optimize loyalty campaigns for customers to grow consumer engagement, utilizing customers goals and objectives.
Establish and evolve best practices for Loyalty.
Look for opportunities to strategically develop and grow the program and customer relationship.
Executes solutions through hands-on implementation and collaboration with other resources as necessary.
Analyze program data to formulate insights that help strengthen and evolve programs.
Provide data insights that can be applied to drive business.
Develop strategies in order to improve customer data capture and optimize value.
Interpret data from different sources to enable data visualization and translate findings into simple actionable insights
Working closely with manager and other team members, performs special projects as required
Minimum Requirements:
Experience leading loyalty engagement including marketing campaign design, implementation, and execution.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Data-driven, digital consumer marketing experience.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Ability to create presentations to articulate strategy and performance
Experience with multiple data platforms preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of client management experience preferred, or a combination of experience and relevant education accepted.
Requires strong organization and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to concisely explain complex concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
Ability to professionally handle client issues and maintain good business relations.
Excellent attention to detail, strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills.
Advanced excel skills.
Strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently.
