The Opportunity:
Junior Graphic Designer
Transact Campus is looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This exciting opportunity will support our Senior Graphic Designer and various marketing initiatives and client campaigns. Responsibilities include managing and completing assigned projects including editing, proofing, QC, exporting, and following naming and filing protocols. Additionally, the Junior Graphic Designer is expected to champion our new brand, ensuring that all marketing materials follow our design standards and guidelines.
Half of your time will be spent supporting out Campus Engagement team personalizing marketing templates for our client schools including: swapping out colors, logos, copy, QR codes, URLs, instructions, etc., as well as building images in Figma, preparing files for production, and approving proofs.
The balance of your time will be spent working on projects assigned by our Senior Graphic Designer including: editing existing files, moving older pieces into our new branded layouts, creating social media posts - including the selection of appropriate images, updating copy in existing files, swapping out colors and images, and miscellaneous design and projects as needed. We would also like our Junior Graphic Designer to become our lead point person for all social media posts, working with our Social Media Marketing Manager to manage the volume of posts needed to fulfill our plans.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Experience in video editing a plus (Vyond)
• Experience with UX/UI a plus (Figma)
