Academic Program Specialist (Finance)
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with four years of experience in office or administrative positions. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree, with at least four years of experience in an office or administrative support position.
Special Skills/Training:
Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficiency in USF specific systems (box, terra dotta), project and time management skills,
knowledge/understanding of general medical terminology, use of foreign language translation services and the ability to effectively interact with international
business partners, vendors and collaborators.
FLSB1310 Equivalency:
4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.

Assist in administrative organization, as well as the coordination, verification, audit of international travel, formulation of research and training materials, and provide support for the Scholarly Concentration Programs in International Medicine.
Assists with content creation, layout, and updates for the USF Medicine International website and social media accounts and for virtual programs and maintain the USF Medicine International website and flyers up to date.
Help maintain a detailed database of global student engagement and incoming observers, as well as assist in the preparation of presentations (written and oral) using varied communication tools; including for delivery by the Assistant Dean and senior staff.
Manage and order new office supplies as needed and ensure that the office is ready to receive international delegations.
