Mitre Operator (Project Management)

All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.

Mitre Rim Operator must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
Accountabilities

Determine material requirements based on load card information
Determine operations by understanding load card information
Be a part of and maintain a team environment
Communicate machine and/or workflow issues throughout each day
Consistently demonstrate the 5 Traits of Success: Teamwork, Integrity, Hard Work, Confidence, and Passion.
Perform other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion.

Characteristics & Attributes

Ability to bend, push, stoop, reach, stretch, lift, or pull up to 99% of the workday,
Standing up to 100% of the workday
Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
Ability to use a chop saw
Ability to use a glue gun
Understanding the standard and metric measuring system
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
