The Solution Architect is a subject matter expert and business process technologist who works as part of a team to manage our overall solution design and implementation of Anthology's student information system (SIS), Anthology Student. Solution Architects should be able to lead design decisions across development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, and change management. This role balances a project's business needs while leading functional and non-functional requirements, helping customers to tra nsform and modernize their operations. In addition to their technical knowledge, Solution Architects need to have the ability to engage with business users and decision makers at all levels. The successful candidate will strive to foster excellent end user experiences, build streamlined business processes and workflows, maximize existing plat forms, and look forward to innovation by embracing new technologies and methods.

Pay r ange is $83,000 - $100,000/year depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
