Role
The Analytics and Insights (A&I) team partners with the Towers business and related partners to enable data-driven decision-making & drive meaningful outcomes. The team is responsible for KPI definitions and partnering with Towers leadership on solutions for business challenges, ensuring data availability, reporting and visualization of data and trends, predictive analytics and forecasting, and piecing together the story behind the numbers leading to actionable insights.
The Senior Business Analyst is a senior member of the A&I team, relied upon for their ability to counsel senior leaders and serve as thought partners on how to resolve complex business challenges with data. You will make clear, data-driven recommendations on how Towers should address new opportunities or threats. You will be a visible thought leader at the forefront of driving meaningful business outcomes with data-driven solutions!

Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. We offer a hybrid working model with 3 days in local office and up to 2 days working remotely each week.
