Supervisor Home & Community Based Svs (Finance)
Position Summary
TheSupervisor, Home & Community Based Serviceswillfacilitate, coordinate and evaluate the operation and efficiency of Home and Community Based services by providing supervision to assigned staff, maintaining good communication, monitoring caseload assignments, and ensuring quality of services and documentation while supporting Aspires mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, or a directly-related human service field from an accredited university requiredFive (5) years related work experience (required) with at least one (1) year in a supervisor capacity preferredExperience in providing community based servicesExperience with MRO or Recovery Works programming a plusKnowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (Medicaid, Social Security, Corrections, etc) highly preferred

Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly confidential information with professionalismMust be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team settingMust be able to respond appropriately and effectively in crisis situations by using good judgement and following Aspire protocolsMust have excellent collaboration, supervisory, and soft skills, such as relationship-building, communications, listening, negotiation and diplomacyMust have strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and teambuilding skillsMust be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be flexibleMust possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organizationMust have reliable transportation to transport self/others, oversee programming, attend trainings and/or meetings

Vaccinations as recommended by the CDC for healthcare workers are highly preferred. Written documentation (vaccine record) or titres (blood testing) may be needed to determine immunization status.
